Inventory
Inventory, SKUs and price tags for every condition
A used game in five conditions is five different products. Game Store Software treats it that way: each condition gets its own SKU, price and tag, sharing the title's root number so they sort together.
Tags that print themselves
New stock and price changes land in a tag queue. Print them as 2×1 price tags through any printer, or straight to a Zebra label printer with no print dialog. Graded slabs get a small label with the cert number as the barcode.
Prices that follow the market
Start new items at a suggested price from market data for that condition, adjusted to your rules and rounding. When the market moves, the item shows up in a reprice list: approve the changes in bulk, and the tags queue for reprinting.
Buying new stock
Order new and sealed product from suppliers with purchase orders, receive boxes in parts as they arrive, and correct costs from the invoice. Average cost updates as stock comes in, so margins are real.
Counting and correcting
Adjust stock with a reason, count shelves, and see every movement in an audit trail. Graded slabs and other one-of-a-kind items are tracked one by one.
Questions
Which label printers work?
Any printer through the browser's print dialog (PDF), or Zebra label printers directly through Zebra Browser Print. Tags are 2×1 inch; graded slabs get a small slab label with the cert number as the barcode.
How are prices kept current?
Prices start from market data for the condition. When the market moves past your threshold, the item shows up in a reprice list for you to approve, and the tag is queued for reprinting.
